Azeri forces open fire at Armenian military outposts in Gegharkunik

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 16, ARMENPRESS. On September 16, between 12:20 a.m. and 12:40 a.m., units of the Azerbaijani armed forces opened fire from small arms at the Armenian military outposts near the village of Jil (Gegharkunik Province), the Armenian Defense Ministry said in a statement on Saturday.
