YEREVAN, APRIL 19, ARMENPRESS. President Vahagn Khachaturyan signed a decree posthumously awarding the Order of the Combat Cross and Medal of Valor to the four servicemembers who were killed during the April 11 Azerbaijani attack near the village of Tegh.

Major Mkrtich Harutyunyan, the unit commander, was awarded the posthumous Order of the Combat Cross Class I, Lieutenant Artur Sahakyan, the platoon commander, Lieutenant Henrik Kocharyan and Sergeant Narek Sargsyan were awarded the posthumous Medal of Valor for “contribution in ensuring the protection and security of the homeland, bravery and selfless dedication during combat.”
