YEREVAN, JANUARY 20, ARMENPRESS. In Stepanakert, starting from January 21, electricity outages will be carried out twice a day, each lasting 3 hours, ARMENPRESS reports "Artsakhenergo" informed.

3 conditional groups will be formed, electricity outages will start from 8:00.
