YEREVAN, MARCH 6, ARMENPRESS. Speaker of Parliament Ararat Mirzoyan has called on political forces to commence a phase of developing electoral reforms through united efforts.

“For many years on numerous occasions the imperfection of the electoral legislation or the electoral institutes were cited on. Now, I would like to invite political forces to begin a phase of developing electoral reforms through joint efforts. We will be able to develop and realize more fundamental changes when we will together reach an agreement,” Mirzoyan told lawmakers today in parliament.
