YEREVAN, DECEMBER 8, ARMENPRESS. Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian on December 8 had a meeting with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Igor Popov, James Warlick, Stephane Visconti and Personal Representative of the Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk in Hamburg within the framework of the 23rd meeting of the OSCE FMs Council, press service of the MFA told “Armenpress”.

A number of issues related to the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict were discussed. In this context, FM Nalbandian stated that it is already several months Azerbaijan is rejecting to implement the agreements reached at the Vienna and St. Petersburg Summits at the presidents level, thus by this hindering the establishing of respective conditions aimed at moving forward the negotiation process.
