YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 25, ARMENPRESS. President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan convened a consultation on November 25 on macroeconomic developments and 2017 state budget.

As “Armenpress” was informed from the press service of the Armenian President’s Office, Minister of Finance of Armenia Vardan Aramyan presented expected indicators for 2016 and some other macroeconomic indicators.  The Minister of Finance also introduced the draft state budget plan for 2017, its risks and possible scenarios of their management, as well as introduced information about National Assembly discussions on the state budget plan 2017.

Prime Minister of Armenia Karen Karapetyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of International Economic Integration Vache Gabrielyan, Chief of Staff of the President’s Administration Armen Gevorgyan and some other state officials took part in the consultation.

The President of the Republic drew the attention of the participants of the consultation on fostering the economic growth, a number of issues over cutting risks of the state budget implementation, and gave relevant assignments.
