President Sargsyan takes part in Constitution Day reception

On the occasion of the Constitution Day, the presentation of the book entitled “Constitutional culture, lessons of history and challenges of time” by Doctor of Law, Professor Gagik Harutyunyan, President of the Armenian Constitutional Court. The publication of the book is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the independence of Republic of Armenia.
