YEREVAN, JUNE 23, ARMENPRESS. The announcement of the deputy head of the Azerbaijani presidential administration Novruz Mammadov is an attempt to interpret the agreements reached in St. Petersburg in a way favorable for Azerbaijan, “Armenpress” reports official representative of the Russian MFA Maria Zakharova told in a briefing.

She urges to be guided by the statement issued during the St. Petersburg meeting. Zakharova assessed any announcement not in line with the official statement as reckless attempts to interpret the results of the meeting.  “There is a concrete statement. It was promulgated and it is an official document. Everyone should be guided by it instead of making arbitrary or distorted interpretations”, Zakharova said.  

The deputy head of the Azerbaijani presidential administration Novruz Mammadov had announced that the sides had reached an agreement of step-by-step solution of Nagorno Karabakh conflict during the St. Petersburg trilateral meeting on June 20.
