YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 13, ARMENPRESS. French-Armenian legendary singer Charles Aznavour will give a concert in Romania.  “Armenpress” reports the singer’s official Facebook page informs the concert will take place on April 28, Bucharest.

The legendary singer gave a concert in Dubai recently: tickets were completely sold out.

French - Armenian singer, songwriter, actor, public activist and diplomat Charles Aznavour was born on May 22, 1924 in Paris. He has written more than 1,200 songs, sung in eight languages, sold more than 180 million records. Along with holding the mostly ceremonial title of French ambassador-at-large to Armenia, Aznavour agreed to hold the position of Ambassador of Armenia to Switzerland on 12 February 2009. Aznavour is also the permanent representative of Armenia in a number of international organizations, such as the UN office in Geneva.
