RF publicizes list of agricultural products banned for Turkish imports

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 1, ARMENPRESS.  The Government of the Russian Federation will ban the import of a number of Turkish agricultural products starting from January 1, 2016. Turkey will be unable to export oranges, tangerines, grapes, pears, apricots, peaches, nectarine, plums, and strawberries to Russia.  “Armenpress” reports that some vegetables are also included in restrictions: tomatoes, cucumbers, cauliflower, broccoli, onions.

The Russian Federation Government informed about this based on RF President Vladimir Putin’s decree on imposing economic sanctions against Turkey.

There are also restrictions on the exports of salt, frozen meat and home chickens.
