YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 28, ARMENPRESS. Average market prices of tenement houses in the capital of Armenia; Yerevan increased by 0.02% per 1 sq meter in October of the current year as compared to September of this year and in the regions the prices remained unchanged.

As “Armenpress” was informed by the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre adjunct to the Republic of Armenia Government, as a result of analysis of negotiated and offer prices of tenement houses in administrative districts of Yerevan in October, 2015, the average market prices of tenement houses amounts to 428 thousand AMD per 1 sq meter which is an unchanged price as compared to September of this year. The biggest price change was registered in Avan administrative district where the price for 1 sq meter reached from 260.8 thousand to 260.95 thousand AMD.

70 % out of  real Estate deals referred to tenement houses in October, 2015. The number of deals of tenement houses’ buying and selling increased by 7.7% in October as compared to September of this year and reduced by 2.4% as compared to October 2014. The highest average market prices for tenement houses per 1 sq meter are as follows: Ashtarak town in Aragatsotn region 116 thousand AMD (remained unchanged as compared to September 2015), Masis of Ararat region – 115.8 thousand AMD (unchanged), Vagharshapat town of Armavir region -  154.1 thousand AMD (unchanged), Martuni of Gehgarkunik region – 107.7 thousand AMD (unchanged), Spitak town of Lori – 99.8 thousand AMD (underwent no changes), Tsaghkadzor of Kotayk region -  292.4 thousand AMD (underwent no changes), Gyumri of Shirak region - 109.25 thousand AMD (underwent no changes), Yeghegnadzor of Vayots Dzor region - 125.6 thousand AMD (increase by100 AMD), Ijevan town of Tavush region the average price for 1 sq meter of a flat formed 118.4 thousand AMD which is an increase by 50 AMD as compared to September of this year.
