YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 18, ARMENPRESS. Republic of Armenia President Serzh Sargsyan will introduce his opinion over Constitutional changes before December 6.  Spokesperson for the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), Vice President of Republic of Armenia National Assembly Eduard Sharmazanov told the journalists about this after RPA executive board session.

“Armenpress” reports Sharmazanov noted that the journalists were deeply interested whether the Armenian President would express his opinion over the Constitutional reforms before the referendum.

“I have to say yes, President of the Republic of Armenia SerzhSargsyan will publicly express his position before December 6. It may be in the format of an interview or statement”, Vice President of the National Assembly said.
