YEREVAN, OCTOBER 13, ARMENPRESS. Negotiations over signing  the new aggrement between Armenia  and European union will launch till the end of year. As “Armenpress” reports, European Union official website mentions about this. On October 12, EU Foreign Affairs Council deivered a mandate for the start of the negotioations to sign a new aggreement between Armenia and EU. The new aggreement will replace the cooperation aggreement of Armenia-EU reigning partnership.“EU commits to develop and strengthen comprehensive cooperation with Armenia in the frames of Eastern partnership in all the sectors of significance” the webiste reads.
