YEREVAN, OCTOBER 9, ARMENPRESS. There is no alternative to the fair and transparent referendum on constitutional reforms. Head of the NA RPA Faction Vahram Baghdasaryan told about this during Parliamentary briefs with journalists in the National Assembly. “Referendum must be as transparent as it is possible, as we deal with the basic law, and international public follows the aforementioned. I advise all the political forces, as well as the society, to assure transparency. Authorities must do everything to assure the fairness and transparency of the referendum”, Baghdasaryan mentioned, as “Armenpress” reports.

At the same time MP noticed that there will be various criticisms despite the fact how well the referendum will pass. “There will be critics, as there will be people who are going to criticize to justify their opinion. But I repeat, that the authorities will do their best to pass the referendum with the highest level, with transparency and perceivable for the international public”, Baghdasaryan added.
