Vice President of National Assembly: It is very difficult for any person to give up what he created

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 6, ARMENPRESS. Vice President of the National Assembly Eduard Sharmazanov responded to the interview by the second President of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan. In the interview Kocharyan criticized the process of Constitutional Reforms emphasizing that the latter was very dangerous for the future of Armenia. Eduard Sharmazanov noted during his meeting with the journalists at the National Assembly that it was very difficult for any person to give up what he created.

“I think, the interview of the second President, implied a cornerstone. The Constitution must not be changed as it is a reproduction tool for a "vicious system.” Pay attention to the phrase: “reproduction tool for a vicious system”. I wonder when and within the rules of what game that "vicious system” emerged. I wonder how that "vicious system” (if it’s really so) must be eliminated without changing anything. But let me say that I understand very well second President’s grounds for such a standpoint. It is very difficult for any person to give up what he had created. It is a very human and comprehensible phenomenon,” “Armenpress” reports, Eduard Sharmazanov emphasized.
