During the discussion of the 2014 Monetary Policy Report of the Armenian Central Bank, the head of the National Assembly “Heritage” faction Zaruhi Postanjyan started to make noise, when Republican MP Hayk Babukhanyan was having a speech.

MP, with some papers in her hand, came up to the president of the National Assembly Galust Sahakyan and was trying to find out something. During that period, Hayk Babukhanyan’s speech was interrupted for 2 times. “You are interfering me, lady”, said Babukhanyan, asking the MP to stop the noise, as “Armenpress” reports.
