Bordyuzha: Shelling civilians by Azerbaijan is unacceptable for us

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 4, ARMENPRESS. The latest incidents that occurred on Armenia-Azerbaijan border are unacceptable for the Collective Security Treaty Organization. “Armenpress” reports that CSTO Secretary General Nikolay Bordyuzha told the journalists about this at “Baghramyan” military training center.

“It is unacceptable for us that Armenian territories were shelled and heavy weapons were used against civilians. Such incidents are absolutely unacceptable for us”, Bordyuzha announced.

CSTO Secretary General also emphasized that they are concerned by the fact that the announcements of foreign ministers of CSTO member states have no impact on the neighboring country, Azerbaijan. Nikolay Bordzyuzha mentioned that the international society must do everything to give a peaceful solution to Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

According to him, considering the situation in Iraq, Syria and other “hot spots”, they must prevent the creation of another “hot spot”.
