“Armenpress” reports that 4 MPs voted against including the draft of Constitutional Reforms in NA plenary and four-day sessions: Gagik Jhangiryan from Armenian National Congress,
Tigran Urikhanyan, non-Party Edmon Marukyan and Zaruhi Postanjyan from "Heritage" party.
The National Assembly Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs finished discussions related to the Constitutional Reforms.
