YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 3, ARMENPRESS. On September 3, the Minister of Defence of NKR, commander of the NKR Defence Army, lieutenant-general Levon Mnatsakanyan received Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Andrzej Kasprzyk. As “Armenpress” was informed from the press service of the Nagorno Karabakh Defense ministry, during the meeting the operational-tactical situation on the frontier border was discussed and the possible options for a peaceful handling of the Azerbaijan-Karabakhi conflict. The necessity for further cooperation between OSCE Minsk Group and the NKR Defence Army was also brought forward during the talks.
