YEREVAN, JUNE 10, ARMENPRESS: The US co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Edward Nalbandian in Yerevan and before it, he met also with the representatives of the civil society. The Armenpress correspondent reports that the meeting of the Armenian FM with the OSCE MG US co-chair lasted only five minutes, and they came out together, accompanied by the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk and left on a car. This time as well Warlick was laconic and stated only that the visit to Yerevan aims at discussing the Nagorno Karabakh conflict issue.

“I will discuss the Nagorno Karabakh conflict issue and the current situation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Edward Nalbandian at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs”, - Warlick said before the meeting.

Earlier it was reported that before the meeting with the Armenian FM, James Warlick, the US co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, dealing with the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, arrived in Yerevan and met with a group of Armenian MPs. A corresponding note was made in the official Twitter blog of the US Embassy to Armenia. The meeting was attended by the deputies of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Tevan Poghosyan, Samvel Farmanyan, Edmon Marukyan, Samvel Nikoyan and Koryun Nahapetyan. The sides discussed issues related to the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
