YEREVAN, APRIL 27, ARMENPRESS. On April 27 within the framework of the Open Doors programme a group of students and teachers of Jermuk Senior School visited the National Assembly. The Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport Artak Davtyan conducted the lesson.

Mr Davtyan presented the structure and the activities of the parliament, touched upon the functions of the NA Standing Committees.

Afterwards Artak Davtyan kindly answered the senior school students' questions, related to the Armenian Genocide Centennial, the Armenian-Turkish relations, the conservation of the historical-cultural monuments of the Western Armenia and the expecting upcoming changes in the educational sphere.

At the end of the meeting the students were taken photo at the NA Plenary Session Hall.
