11:34, 17 April 2015YEREVAN, APRIL 19, ARMENPRESS: On 17 April newly appointed judge of the NKR Court of First Instance of general jurisdiction Hasmik Harutyunyan took the oath in the presence of the President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan. The press service of the Artsakh President’s Office informed Armenpress that the Head of the State pointed out that replenishing the judicial system with new and proficient specialists was one of the pivotal factors for the development of the system.
