YEREVAN, 24 DECEMBER, ARMENPRESS. The Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and Turkmenistan held political consultations in Yerevan on December 24. As the Department of Press, Information and Public Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia reports to “ArmenPress”, Armenia’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Shavarsh Kocharyan led the consultation on behalf of the Armenian party, and Turkmenistan’s First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Vepa Hajiyev led the consultation on behalf of the Turkmen party.

 The sides discussed perspectives of expansion of the Armenian-Turkmen juridical-contractual field, the opportunities for organizing direct flights, as well as issues on cooperation within international organizations.
