YEREVAN, DECEMBER 19, ARMENPRESS. The Republic of Armenia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) have signed loan and grant agreements of “The Solid Waste Management Program in Armenia’s Kotayk Province”. The information and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia informed “Armenpress” that the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Armenia Gagik Khachatryan and the Head of the EBRD Yerevan Office Mark Davis signed the €3.5m agreement.

The Minister of Finance of the Republic of Armenia Gagik Khachatryan, the Head of the Hrazdan community Aram Danielyan and the Head of the EBRD Yerevan Office Mark Davis also signed a grant agreement, under which Armenia will receive a EUR 3.5 million grant by means of the EU Neighborhood instrument. Another EUR 1.07 million is considered to be allocated as technical aid.
