STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 1, ARMENPRESS. On 1 November, the President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan sent a congratulatory letter to the Supreme Patriarch Catholicos of All Armenians His Holiness Karekin II.
