Germany highlights expansion of comprehensive cooperation with Armenia: Frank-Walter Steinmeier
19:15, 23 October 2014YEREVAN, OCTOBER 23, ARMENPRESS: Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan met on October 23 with Foreign Minister of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier , who is in Yerevan on an official visit.
Welcoming the guest, Minister Nalbandyan said with gratification that the Armenian-German relations have been continuously developing in the recent 2 decades, press service of the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Armenia told Armenpress.
Expressing gratitude for the warm reception, Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier noted that his country attaches importance to expansion of comprehensive cooperation with Armenia and he has arrived in Yerevan for that very purpose.
The Ministers thoroughly discussed the prospects of cooperation in the spheres of mutual interest, exchanged views on regional and international issues.
After the meeting the ministers of the two counties held a joint press conference.
