Armenia's GDP in 20 years (INFOGRAPHICS)

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 23, ARMENPRESS: The National Statistical Service of the Republic of Armenia published the Armenia’s national index of the last twenty years. According to the statistics, the General Domestic Product has increased by more than 22 times in comparison with the year of 1994, making 4 trillion 272 billion 895 million drams from 187 billion 65 million.
During the last twenty years the GDP per capita has increased about 25 times, making 1 million 413 thousands 929 drams instead of the former 56 thousands 541.
Armenpress reports that in comparison with the year of 1994 the average annual number of the permanent population of Armenia has also changed. According to the data provided by the National Statistical Service of the Republic of Armenia, during the twenty years the number of the population has decreased by 286 thousands 500, making 3 million 22 thousands people in the end of 2013.
