YEREVAN, OCTOBER 1, ARMENPRESS: Armenian Ambassador to Egypt Armen Melkonyan met today with Egypt's Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation Adel el-Beltagy. Promotion opportunities of cooperation between Armenia and Egypt in the field of agriculture were discussed, Press, Information and Public Relations Department of the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Armenia told Armenpress.

As most promising directions, the interlocutors singled out encouragement of the mutual export of various agricultural products and goods, joint ventures, as well as establishment of ties between the scientific research institutions, experience and information exchange. The expedience of signing a project on scientific research cooperation for 2015-2017 was also considered.
