STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 23, ARMENPRESS. On 23 September Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree according to which cultural advisor of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, director of the Etchmiadzin Khrimian Museum Shahen Khachatryan was awarded with the “Gratitude” medal for substantial contribution to the foundation and formation of the Shoushi State Museum of Fine Arts.

The Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President informed “Armenpress” that according to another Presidential decree director of the state non-profit organization “Stepanakert Municipal Library after Mouratsan” Maria Khachatryan, director of the non-profit organization “Republican Library after Mesrop Mashtots” Karine Hayrapetyan, director of the state non-profit organization “ Republican Children’s Library after Hovhannes Toumanyan” Vladimir Mikhaelyan, a retired specialist in library work Izabella Stepanyan were conferred with the honorary title of Honored Culture Worker of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic for a long-term fruitful service in the field of library science.
