47 Armenian and 29 Russian citizens safely passed "Upper Lars" checkpoint

YEREVAN, AUGUST 21, ARMENPRESS. The Embassy of Armenia to Georgia informed that on August 21, 47 Armenian and 29 Russian citizens safely passed "Upper Lars" checkpoint (towards the Russian Federation).
At the same time, as “Armenpress” was informed from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia, as a result of the landslide a bus, heading to the Russian Federation, failed to move further. The Russian frontier guards helped the citizens to cross the border.
On August 21, at 16:30, the Emergency Situations Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia reported that cleaning works are carried out on Stepantsminda-Lars road.
