NKR police presented all details of Karvachar subversive act

STEPANAKERT, JULY 21, ARMENPRESS. The NKR police issued a statement regarding Karvachar subversive act and introduced the details of the incident. As "Armenpress" was informed from the Department  of Information and Public Relations of the NKR police, on July 19, Shahumyan Police regional department got Form 1 statistical cards from the NKR National Security Service that on June 29 upon the assignment of the Azerbaijani intelligence the citizens of that country Dilham Gardashkhan oglu Askerov (born 1960), Shahbaz Jalal oglu Guliyev (born 1968) and an unidentified person, wearing ammunition and firearms, illegally crossing the state border of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, entered Shahumyan region administrative territory, upon the special task collected information, thus conducting espionage.

On July 4, near “Chumen” located in the administrative territory of Havsatagh community, using a weapon, kidnapped teenage Smbat M. Tsakanyan (born 28.04.1997, living in Shahumyan region Nor Erkej village), whose body with gunshot wounds was found on July 15 in the forest neighboring Karvachar and Manashid communities of Shahumyan region.

The unidentified person of the organized criminal group, on July 11, at around 18:00, at the 32nd kilometer of Vardenis-Karvachar road, motivated by national hatred, using firearm,  intentionally, illegally deprived of life the resident of Yerevan, A.  Sargsyan Street, building 6, apartment 11, Sargis S. Abrahamyan,  borm in 1971, and Karine A. Davtyan  of the village Dzoraghbyur  of Kotayk region, born in 1977, was injured and, exercising armed resistance at the time of arrest, was rendered harmless.
