YEREVAN, JULY 18, ARMENPRESS.  During an American award ceremony, famous in the field of sports, an American-Armenian young man proposed to his Armenian girlfriend. The brave man is Vagram Shalvardzhyan, who works at ESPN television channel, which is the organizer of ESPY Award (Excellence in Sports Performance Yearly Award).

Famous representatives of sports and show business take part in the award ceremony every year. As reports “Armenpress”, in reference to espn.go.com, in front of the world's most elite athletes the young man knelt down and asked his girlfriend, Araks Galstyan, to become his wife. The confused Armenian woman, fortunately, said "yes", followed by the audience’s applause and the couple’s embrace.
