YEREVAN, JULY 18, ARMENPRESS.  After the activities of the subversive group in Karvachar, it was decided to strengthen the invulnerability of borders and to increase the security level in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. In a conversation with “Armenpress”, David Babayan, the press secretary of the NKR President, said that the neutralization of the subversive group shows the strong sides and the high level of preparedness of the Armenian soldiers, and at the same time reveals that there are things to do, gaps, in the direction of which steps need to be taken.

Referring to the meeting of the NKR President Bako Sahakyan and the personal representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk in Stepanakert, Babayan said that during the meeting the sides discussed the subversive act in Karvachar, and the President considered it as a terrorist act, which is a serious blow to the negotiation process.
