On April 14, the Prime Minister of Artsakh Republic AraHarutyunyan sent a congratulation message to the newly appointed Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia HovikAbrahamyan. Since the day of our independence the authorities of the Republic of Armeinia maintain close business and friendly relations with the second Armenian Republic, supporting its development and strengthening as much as possible.
