Armenian GM shares 2-4 places in Seville Tournament

YEREVAN, JANUARY 20, ARMENPRESS: The Armenian International Master Tigran Simonian shared the 2nd-4rth places at the Seville Tournament. The Armenian Chess Federation informed Armenpress that the Armenian chess player scored 7,5 points out of 9 and shared 2nd-4th places among 221 participants at the open that was held in Seville, Spain. By the tie-break Simonian took the 4th place.
The Armenian chess player was only half a point behind the winner – the Grand Master Maxim Turov (Russia).
