YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 16, ARMENPRESS: The state has already implemented radical changes in the social field and Armenian Government seeks to struggle not only against social problems and causes to eliminate them. As Armenpress reports, Armenian PM Tigran Sargsyan came forth in the course of 22nd scientific session entitled "National Economic Competitiveness Issues", Armenpress reports. 

''Poverty causes may be conditioned by the lack of education and job places. The level of education is very low in the poor families as the education is not available. From now and then the State will pay for education of the poor. Living in the poor families might not become the reason for not receiving the education. 2013 state budget financial resources distribution has been sketched to the benefit of this strategy. The additional means should be directed to the implementation of the educational programs, and first of all to poor families'' Prime Minister noted. In the words of the head of the Government the second issue refers to providing  people capable to work with jobs.
