“Nairit” stocks to be returned to Armenia’s government
YEREVAN, JULY 2, ARMENPRESS. The government of the Republic of Armenia approved the bill on “Conceding the Rights to Demand of Loans Granted to “ Rhinoville Property Limited” Company and “Nairit Plant” CJSC.” The Interstate Bank should concede the right to demand loan, alongside with the residual nominal value, to “Haygazard” and “Nairit 2” CJSC-s at the alienation price of 100 dollars. The aim of this decision is to concede the rights to demand loans of “Rhinoville Property Limited” and “Nairit Plant” to the government of the Republic of Armenia.
