Armenian Genocide conference to be held in Buenos Aires
BUENOS AIRES, 30 MARCH, ARMENPRESS: On April 21, an international conference will be launched dedicated to 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide at the Faculty of Philosophy and Literature of the University of Buenos Aires. Professor Nelida Bulgurjyan, who is from the organizers of the conference, in a conversation with “Armenpress” said, that the policy of the Young Turks, massacres of Adana 1894-96, Turkish denial, creation and ideology of the modern Turkey, Armenian Diaspora formation will be discussed during the conference.
Argentinean historian Juan Pablo Artinov will lecture on the deportations of Armenian and property confiscation, as well as Gabriel Sivinyan and Alexis Papazian.
