YEREVAN, 30 MARCH, ARMENPRESS. If an official invitation is sent, the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute will be willing to hold an exhibition in Turkey. This is what Director of the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute Hayk Demoyan said during a March 30 press conference.
“Last year, circles of Turkish academicians, supporters of a non-denialist policy approached us. We began to negotiate to hold two exhibitions in Istanbul. We are pleased and ready to hold an exhibition in Turkey, but we are waiting for the signal, telling us that there is a gallery and that the security of the representative of the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute at the exhibition will be ensured,” Hayk Demoyan emphasized.
The exhibitions will be entitled “Armenian Sports and Gymnastics in the Ottoman Empire” and “Armenian Servicemen in the Ottoman Empire: Service and Annihilation”.
