Park dedicated to Armenian Genocide Centennial to be established in Berdzor
YEREVAN, 26 MARCH, ARMENPRESS. About 100 students of Yerevan State University will be in Artsakh on 27-29 March. The main purpose of the visit is to establish a park dedicated to the Centennial of the Armenian Genocide in Berdzor where 100 students will plant 100 walnut trees. As Yerevan State University reports to “Armenpress”, the opening of a plaque will be held at the park in Berdzor as well.
The events will include a seminar-discussion devoted to the 50th birthday anniversary of National Hero of the Republic of Armenia Tatul Krpeyan at Artsakh State University with the title “Reflections on the Artsakh Issue in History, Law and Literature” and a keynote speech by Dean of the YSU Faculty of History, Professor Edik Minasyan.
