Armenian Genocide centennial events to be held in Canada
TORONTO, MARCH 4, ARMENPRESS: More than 13 events will be organized in Canada in a month to commemorate the centennial of the Armenian Genocide. Armenpress reports, citing the Horizon Weekly that ahead of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, the Armenian National Committee of Canada has presented the list of events to be held.
On March 18-21 conferences will be held at the universities of Montreal and Toronto. On April 2 a discussion “Ani: city of a thousand churches, Montreal: a hundred of bell towers” will be held at the Great Library of Montreal. On April 11 a concert “Mass and Requiem-2015” will be held in Saint-Jean-Baptiste Church of Montreal.
