YEREVAN, DECEMBER 8, ARMENPRESS: On 8 December the President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree conferring military rank of lieutenant-general to head of the National Security Service under the NKR Cabinet of Ministers Arshavir Gharamyan. The Central Information Department of the Artsakh President’s Office informed Armenpress that on the same day the Head of the State signed a decree on making an amendment to the promotion list of candidates for judges.
