Armenia’s PM to pay visit to Iran

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 18, ARMENPRESS. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Hovik Abrahamyan will leave for a two-day official visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran on October 20 at the invitation of the Iranian Vice President Eshaq Jahangiri.

The Information and Public Relations Department of the Government of the Republic of Armenia informed “Armenpress” that at the course of the visit the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Hovik Abrahamyan will hold meetings with IRI President Hassan Rouhani, First Vice President Eshaq Jahangiri, and Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani.

On Tuesday, Abrahamyan will hold meetings with Isfahan province governor Rasoul Zargarpour and representatives of the Armenian community. The delegation headed by Armenian PM will participate in the festivities dedicated to the 350th anniversary of St. Hovsep church in New Julfa.
