Armenia’s President to leave for Vatican
YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 17, ARMENPRESS: The President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan will leave for the Holy See (Vatican) on September 18. The Department for Mass Media and Public Relations of the Armenian President’s Office informed Armenpress that Serzh Sargsyan will have a private meeting with the Pope of Rome Francis and then he will meet with the state secretary of the Holy See Pietro Cardinal Parolin.
In the framework of the visit Serzh Sargsyan will visit the permanent exhibition hall of the Armenian medieval cross at Vatican museums.
