Soldier killed in Karabakh combat position
YEREVAN, JULY 18, ARMENPRESS. On July 18, at about 07:00 a.m., in one of the combat positions of a military unit deployed in the southern direction of the Defense Army, soldier Gevorg A. Avagyan (1994) sustained a lethal gunshot wound. As “Armenpress” was informed from the press service of the NKR Defense Ministry, investigation is underway to reveal the details of the incident.
The Defense Ministry of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic shares the bitter grief of loss and expresses its support to Gevorg Avagyan’s family, relatives, and fellow servicemen.
