Armenia to participate in international tourism conference in Israel
YEREVAN, APRIL 18, ARMENPRESS. Armenia will host the participants of EURHODIP annual tourism conference in 2016, but by that time Armenia will be introduced to the European experts on tourism next year in Israel. In a conversation with “Armenpress”, the Rector of the Armenian Tourism Institute Robert Minasyan, who is a member of the EURHODIP Board of Directors, stated that this conference is of a certain importance for the development of tourism. Among other things the Rector of the Armenian Tourism Institute Robert Minasyan underscored: “As the upcoming conference will be held in Israel and we will mark the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide next year, it’s very important to us to introduce Armenia properly. Currently we are thinking about mentioning about the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide there.”
Since 1984, Eurhodip has organized yearly conferences in partnership with one or several member schools, in order to give hotel and tourism education specialists, directors and teachers from schools or universities as well as professionals from the hospitality industry the opportunity to communicate, discuss and compare experiences on current issues.
