James Warlick highlights importance of NGOs for reaching peace in Nagorno Karabakh issue

YEREVAN, APRIL 12, ARMENPRESS. NGOs can play an important role in regulation of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. As reports “Armenpress”, the U.S. Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Ambassador James Warlick made the following note in his Twitter page: “Peace deal in Philippines shows key role that NGOs can play in support of a peace process.”

Peace was declared in the Philippines after nearly 40 years of conflict that has left tens of thousands of people dead. The agreement was signed on Thursday.
