YEREVAN, MARCH 23, ARMENPRESS: Prominent singer Charles Aznavour will visit Turkey only when there will be no closed border between Armenia and Turkey. As reports Armenpress, referring to laliberte.ch, responding to the question what he thinks about Armenian-Turkish relations, famous singer highlighted that in this issue he is positive.

“At the moment there is no promoting sign for the improvement of relations. Nevertheless, I think we can reach it,” said the singer. “If Turks open borders with Armenia I will visit the country,” he said.      

Speaking about taking the post of Armenian Ambassador to Switzerland Armenian singer noted that was a complicated process. “I am Ambassador of the world. Relations between Armenia and Switzerland are in perfect condition,” he said.  

Charles Aznavour told the reporters about Armenia as culturally developed country, underlining with regret that not everybody knows about the country.
