埃里温，1月10日，阿尔门新闻媒体: 亚美尼亚总理尼科尔·帕希尼扬向黎巴嫩新任总统约瑟夫·奥恩当选表示祝贺。  
“祝贺约瑟夫·奥恩当选黎巴嫩总统。我相信，奥恩总统的任期将为友好的黎巴嫩带来一个稳定与繁荣的新纪元，”帕希尼扬总理在X平台上发文表示。
