“Konrad Adenauer Stiftung” new branch opens in Yerevan, Armenia
10:55, 29 October 2016YEREVAN, OCTOBER 29, ARMENPRESS. The official opening ceremony of a new branch of “Konrad Adenauer Stiftung” German foundation was held in Yerevan on October 28, reports “Armenpress”.
Deputy Speaker of Armenian Parliament Hermine Naghdalyan, RPA MPs Ruzanna Muradyan, Artak Zakaryan, Artak Davtyan, Karen Avagyan, German Bundestag MP, co-author of the Bundestag bill recognizing the Armenian Genocide Albert Weiler, Head of Regional Programme Political Dialogue South Caucasus Thomas Schrapel attended the opening ceremony.
RPA MP Artak Zakaryan said the opening of this Office showed that the implemented projects contributed to fulfilling the set goals.
Bundestag MP Albert Weiler said the opening of this branch is a very important step from the perspective of the Armenian-German cooperation which has been developing very intensively in recent months.
